My Bibimbap version

my very own version of bibimbap (korean cuisine).. :)
this is serve for 3 to 4 person
1/4 ground beef - (fry)
1/4 rice (cooked)
2 large eggs (cook as fried)
cucumber (slice thinly)
carrots (slice thinly)
cabbage or spinach (2 bundles)
1 clove of garlic
1 large white onion
2tblsp tomato sauce
2tblsp chillie suace
1tbsp sesame sauce
1 stp soy sauce
soybean sprouts 
salt and pepper
- blanched the cabbage or spinach,then rinse immediately into cold water to stop cooking.
-In the skillet fried the ground beef add salt and pepper then set aside,then after that you can also fry the 2 large eggs as sunny side up.add salt.set aside.
-In the other skillet heat the vegetable oil, then add onion and garlic,carrots and soybean sprouts stir fry for about 2 to 3 min.add salt then set aside.
-Place the cooked rice into the large bowl, arrange the vegetables and meat at the top of the rice in circle by color place the fried egg at the top of the bowl serve it with tomato sauce,chilli sauce,sesame oil and soy sauce.
